Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate ground surveys using various GPS and surveying equipment to collect geospatial data.
- Process, analyze, and interpret spatial data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive GIS databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Create high-quality maps, charts, and reports using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) for project planning, presentation, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and field teams to integrate GIS data into environmental management and infrastructure projects.
- Perform spatial analysis to support site selection, resource allocation, and impact assessments for SWM Environment Sdn Bhd initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training on GIS applications and ground survey methodologies to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data standards, regulations, and best practices in geospatial data management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geoinformation Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven working experience in GIS, with a strong focus on ground survey operations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard GIS software such as ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, QGIS, and other related geospatial tools.
- Hands-on experience with GPS devices, Total Stations, and other ground surveying equipment.
- Solid understanding of geospatial data principles, cartography, remote sensing, and database management.
- Ability to analyze complex spatial datasets, interpret results, and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
