Crystal Offshore Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated GL Accountant / Senior GL Accountant to join our finance team in the Pioneer Sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial records, ensuring accuracy in our full-set accounts and supporting critical month-end reporting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Execute precise month-end and year-end closing processes according to tight reporting schedules.
- Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury functions as required.
- Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CA qualification is preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GL accounting or full-set accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local taxation.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the offshore, marine, or engineering industry is a significant advantage.
