Tanggung Jawab
- Measure, cut, and fit aluminium frames and glass panels accurately according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Assemble and install various aluminium and glass structures, including windows, doors, shopfronts, and partitions.
- Operate specialized hand and power tools safely, including glass cutters, saws, drills, and welding equipment.
- Inspect finished products and installations to ensure they meet quality, aesthetic, and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and job site environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fabrication machinery and hand tools.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Glass and Aluminium Worker, Fabricator, or in a similar hands-on role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and physical measurements.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, drilling, assembling, and installing aluminium and glass materials.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision as well as work cohesively within a team.
- Excellent physical stamina, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to occupational safety standards.
- A vocational certificate or technical training in fabrication, carpentry, or construction is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
