- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of chemical systems in semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- Manage complex construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet challenging deadlines and organizational objectives
- Develop comprehensive documentation for chemical processes, systems, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for chemical handling systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical engineering with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech facility environments
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing engineering teams
- Proficiency in engineering software tools and systems for design and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
