In this contract role, you will be the backbone of our fixed asset accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our global asset lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage capital expenditure reporting, asset verification, and month-end financial closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets, ensuring all accounting entries are processed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular asset impairment tests and reconcile sub-ledgers to the General Ledger.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure adherence to global accounting policies and local statutory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports on capital expenditure (CAPEX) and asset utilization for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal controls teams to maintain documentation and audit readiness.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of shared service center financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or general ledger accounting, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial data with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse, international teams.
