Tanggung Jawab
- Manage global fixed asset ledger including acquisitions, disposals, and revaluations across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards for fixed asset reporting
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, asset rollforwards, and audit schedules
- Oversee fixed asset system implementations and process improvements
- Coordinate physical asset verifications and impairment testing
- Develop global fixed asset accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze asset utilization metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of fixed asset accounting experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and local asset regulations
- Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CMA) preferred
- Experience leading global asset accounting projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
