We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global HR Director to lead our human resources initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our global business objectives. You will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. - Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and vision.
- Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and international HR regulations.
- Lead talent management initiatives, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
- Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to drive organizational efficiency and performance improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, compliance standards, and employment practices.
- Proven experience in managing diverse, multicultural, and remote teams.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly preferred.
