Sysgen is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global HR Operations Specialist to bridge our US and Philippines HR workflows. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless HR administration, compliance, and employee relations across time zones.
As our Global HR Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for complex HR queries, manage documentation for both US and Philippine labor standards, and drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with both US federal/state labor laws and Philippine DOLE regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration for both US and PH-based staff.
- Facilitate the full lifecycle of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to changing international labor laws.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline HR workflows and implement best practices for remote and hybrid teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong focus on US HR Compliance.
- Proven working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge cultural and regional communication gaps.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zone overlap.
