Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement global HR policies aligned with international labor regulations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international positions across multiple regions
- Oversee employee onboarding and integration programs for global hires
- Coordinate international assignments, including visa processing and relocation support
- Monitor compliance with local employment laws in all operational countries
- Design and manage compensation and benefits frameworks for diverse markets
- Lead global HR projects, including system implementations and process standardization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in global/international roles
- Proficiency in international labor laws and cross-cultural employment practices
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems and global HR processes
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or CIPD) preferred
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and metrics analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
