Join TikTok's Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Global Transaction Project Intern and be part of the System Strategy & Operations team under Global Monetization Strategy & Operations. We are responsible for standardizing processes, driving product enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that bridge the gap between business strategy and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions that support TikTok's global growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle management of global transaction projects.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of operational frameworks across different regions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy execution.
- Conduct research and compile data-driven reports on process efficiency and market trends.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and help prepare presentation materials and project updates.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between 2026 and 2027.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Possess a passion for technology, process optimization, and the fast-paced media industry.
