ByteDance is seeking a visionary Global Workplace Design and Solutions Lead to join our Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) division. As a pivotal part of the Corporate Services department, you will drive the strategic direction of our physical workspaces, ensuring they inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and support our dynamic global workforce.
Established in June 2015, RE&F has grown to support our expanding operations across the globe. In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace design and solutions, bridging the gap between operational needs and exceptional employee experiences. You will oversee complex projects, manage vendor relationships, and implement design strategies that align with ByteDance's culture and business goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global workplace strategy that aligns with ByteDance's growth trajectory and company culture.
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of office fit-outs, renovations, and strategic space changes across international locations.
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and property managers.
- Drive cost efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the real estate portfolio to minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Engineering, to deliver workplace solutions that enhance productivity.
- Ensure all design projects adhere to strict brand guidelines, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Analyze space utilization data and employee feedback to continuously optimize the workplace environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Workplace Design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale workplace projects for technology or media companies.
- Strong expertise in global workplace trends, hybrid work models, and agile design principles.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and FM systems (e.g., SpaceIQ, Archibus).
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's local building regulations and workplace standards.
