Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and manage GoHighLevel accounts, including SMS, Email, and Voice broadcasting settings.
- Build, maintain, and optimize high-converting marketing funnels and landing pages.
- Set up and troubleshoot complex automations and workflows to streamline client operations.
- Manage lead capture forms and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Onboard new clients to the platform and provide necessary technical training.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for digital marketing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and funnel architecture.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom integrations and page editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal team members.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or website management is a plus.
