We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gold Sales Associate to join the Fazil Agency team in Melaka. As a premier retailer of premium gold jewellery, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality products to our valued clients. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to showcase our exquisite collections and offering expert advice on gold investment and styling.
Your primary focus will be driving sales through excellent communication and a deep understanding of our product line. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from RM 1,700 to RM 2,300, coupled with attractive performance-based commissions and bonuses. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations regarding gold jewellery and investment options.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect piece based on their preferences and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay updated on current market trends, new arrivals, and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Malay.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Possess a professional appearance and a neat, well-groomed look.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong willingness to learn.
