Join the dynamic team at Erajaya as a Golf Consultant - Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our hard goods department. We are looking for a motivated leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and that our retail environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of stock ordering, ensuring product availability for our customers. You will strictly maintain display SOPs to drive sales and brand representation. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure everyone delivers top-tier customer service and meets monthly sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the hard goods area, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient stock management.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute accurate stock orders to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Maintain and enforce strict Visual Merchandising SOPs to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the retail floor and stockroom at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with management to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or hard goods sales.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Passion for the sporting goods or golf industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
