In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of course operations, safety protocols, and member satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include monitoring play patterns to ensure smooth game flow, enforcing golf etiquette and club rules, and proactively addressing potential hazards to protect players and course integrity. You'll serve as the club's ambassador on the course, providing exceptional customer service through courteous interactions, timely assistance, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to make quick decisions while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels.
As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with course management to report maintenance needs, track equipment conditions, and support tournament operations. The ideal candidate combines a passion for golf with strong interpersonal skills and the physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor golf course operations to ensure smooth player flow and pace of play
- Enforce golf rules, etiquette, and safety regulations across all course areas
- Proactively identify and address potential hazards on fairways, greens, and surrounds
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests with courteous assistance
- Inspect course conditions and report maintenance issues to management promptly
- Assist in tournament operations including setup, player guidance, and crowd control
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, player complaints, and course observations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in golf course operations or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina required for extended periods of walking and standing
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Problem-solving abilities with calm, diplomatic approach to conflict resolution
