As a Golf Operation Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious experience. You will assist in maintaining the high standards of the clubhouse and golf course, support special events and tournaments, and interact directly with visitors. This position is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn the ropes of professional golf operations and want to build a foundation for a future career in hospitality or sports management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course and clubhouse facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the coordination and logistics of golf tournaments and social events.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of golf carts and equipment.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Learn and adhere to all club protocols, safety regulations, and golf rules.
- Assist with food and beverage service during events and busy periods.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for golf and a keen interest in the sports and recreation industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and terminology is highly desirable.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team player with a proactive attitude towards learning new tasks.
