Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in reservation management or customer service role
- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of golf terminology and club operations preferred
