Tanggung Jawab
- Operate gondola boats safely and efficiently following established protocols
- Conduct pre-trip safety inspections of equipment and watercraft
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to passengers during boarding and disembarkation
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of gondola facilities
- Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure passenger safety
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and provide tourism information
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors
- Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid watercraft operation certification (preferred)
- Strong swimming abilities and water safety knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions
- Previous customer service or tourism experience advantageous
- Basic first aid certification (preferred)
