Tanggung Jawab
- Execute efficient receiving, put-away, and storage of incoming goods
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock precision
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support goods flow optimization through process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
