Cornerstone Global Partners is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Government Admin Temp Staff to provide essential support to our esteemed government client in the East Region. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client's office by managing daily workflows, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for handling confidential information with discretion, preparing detailed reports, and assisting with data entry to support ongoing projects. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the government client, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient time management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring high-quality formatting and accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Support the procurement process by tracking orders, preparing requisitions, and maintaining inventory records.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external parties to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the daily operations of the office.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the government or public sector.
