You will be responsible for ensuring that all bid documentation is meticulously prepared, compliant with strict government regulations, and submitted within critical deadlines. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor government procurement portals and identify relevant bidding opportunities (PhilGEPS).
  • Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive bidding documents (Technical and Financial) in accordance with government requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary permits, certifications, and project specifications.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Republic Act 9184 and other relevant procurement policies.
  • Manage the entire bid submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met without exception.
  • Attend pre-bid conferences and clarify project requirements with government agencies when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized database of bidding records, successful contracts, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor bid status updates and facilitate post-bidding requirements for awarded projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in government bidding, procurement, or administrative support.
  • Deep understanding of the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184).
  • Proficiency in using the PhilGEPS system and other government procurement platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict public tender deadlines.
