Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Wislent Education and relevant government departments and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit official documentation and applications accurately and within deadlines.
  • Monitor updates in government policies and educational regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Attend meetings and represent the company at various government-related forums or administrative briefings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all correspondence and regulatory approvals.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments regarding governmental requirements and status updates.
  • Resolve procedural bottlenecks through effective communication and follow-ups with agency officials.
  • Prepare periodic reports on engagement status and regulatory developments for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with high-ranking officials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple documentation streams.
  • Prior experience in a liaison, public relations, or administrative role is highly preferred.
