Tanggung Jawab
- Support the preparation and submission of bids and proposals for government healthcare tenders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian government procurement regulations and requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government officials throughout the procurement process
- Monitor government procurement opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of potential projects
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for government procurement processes
- Analyze and interpret government procurement policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all procurement activities are compliant
- Track and report on procurement metrics and performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian government procurement regulations and processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working with medical technology or healthcare companies is highly desirable
- Ability to navigate complex bureaucratic processes and build relationships with government officials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software
