- Develop and execute comprehensive government relations strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, regulators, and stakeholders
- Monitor legislative/regulatory developments and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Represent the organization in policy consultations, hearings, and industry forums
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to government inquiries and policy proposals
- Advocate for favorable regulatory frameworks through evidence-based submissions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership on government affairs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or Business (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or policy advocacy
- Proven track record of building relationships with Indonesian government institutions
- Deep understanding of Indonesian political landscape and regulatory processes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in policy impact assessment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities
