Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
- Support the tax team in preparing and filing local tax returns and compliance reports.
- Maintain and organize digital financial records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies and reconcile client accounts.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Stay updated with current accounting software and regional financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with a professional attitude.
