Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, track variations, and report on cost implications
- Support preparation of monthly valuations, payment applications, and final accounts
- Collaborate with project teams to implement value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Contribute to risk management assessments and mitigation strategies
- Develop proficiency in quantity surveying software including BIM tools
- Participate in procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CAD/BIM knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
