Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure that all costs remain within the allocated budget.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and inspections to verify the quantity and quality of work.
- Prepare and issue interim payment certificates and progress claims to contractors and clients.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth project progress.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and contract administration.
- Maintain accurate project records, including cost reports, site diaries, and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying Technology, or a related construction field.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, standard forms of contract, and construction law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with QS software (e.g., WinQS, PlanRadar, Bluebeam) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
