Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce a wide array of marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements (print and digital), social media graphics, and presentations.
- Develop engaging visual concepts and layouts for various real estate projects and corporate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Manage and organize design assets, maintaining a comprehensive library of images, logos, and brand elements.
- Perform image retouching, color correction, and manipulation as needed for marketing collaterals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of corporate branding elements, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, preferably within the real estate, property development, or a related industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions across various media (digital and print).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
