You will play a pivotal role in translating marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and in-store displays.
- Design high-quality collateral for major events and seasonal retail activations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to translate brand requirements into compelling graphic assets.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows, from initial conceptualization to final print or digital production.
- Ensure all designs remain consistent with global brand identities and style guides.
- Provide creative support for retail merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and competitor activity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design (retail experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital media.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
