Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the installation and commissioning of Gree residential and commercial air conditioning units.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical consultation to customers regarding product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic checks on AC systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with Gree’s high safety and quality standards.
- Document daily service reports and maintain accurate records of technical tasks performed.
- Assist in managing inventory and equipment preparation for daily field operations.
- Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication to customers during service visits.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in HVAC technology and physical field-based work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Good interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various on-site environments.
- Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technical skills.
- Willingness to be placed in the Jakarta Timur region.
