CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Green Mark Manager (IFS) to join our high-performing team in the North-East Region. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of sustainability strategies, oversee Green Mark certification processes, and ensure that our managed sites operate at peak energy efficiency.
As a Green Mark Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between facility management and sustainable engineering. You will be responsible for conducting energy audits, managing documentation for certification submissions, and working closely with stakeholders to reduce carbon footprints. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong background in BCA Green Mark standards, and a desire to contribute to a greener future, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Green Mark certification and re-certification process for assigned facility management sites.
- Conduct regular energy efficiency audits and identify actionable opportunities for performance improvement.
- Monitor and analyze building energy and water consumption data to ensure compliance with sustainability KPIs.
- Develop and implement innovative energy-saving initiatives (retrofitting, system optimization, etc.).
- Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports and documentation for regulatory submission and stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with property and facilities managers to optimize operational maintenance schedules for maximum energy efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest BCA Green Mark regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Possess a valid Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Green Mark Professional (GMP) certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or sustainability consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements and relevant environmental regulations in Singapore.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence site operations teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive sustainability projects from inception to completion.
