- Process customer transactions accurately at the checkout counter
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product recommendations
- Conduct engaging live selling sessions on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Facebook
- Manage online inventory and product listings for e-commerce platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and social media
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with live selling platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook)
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital interactions
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling ability
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively
