- Supervise daily operations of the grocery department to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards and excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation, replenishment, and waste reduction
- Ensure products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained according to quality standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve department targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in grocery retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and development
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices in retail operations
