Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality front-line support and information to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage visitor flow and crowd control to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor site cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately to the operations team.
- Assist in the execution of site events, promotional activities, and seasonal visitor programs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of site attractions, facilities, and current regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards during peak and off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism-related industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors.
- A positive, service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a nature-centric environment.
- Ability to commit to a 4-day work week and work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a team player who is reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
