Presidium Instruments Pte Ltd, a leading provider of precision instruments, is looking for a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of the corporate finance function, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance activities.
This role is pivotal in supporting our budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical insights that shape strategic business decisions. You will work closely with subsidiary finance teams and senior management to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence across the group.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group and all subsidiaries.
- Manage and coordinate external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with auditing standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to set financial targets and monitor performance.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, including GST and corporate tax.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a group consolidation role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a similar industry or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
