Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in compliance with IFRS and Malaysian accounting standards
- Oversee group accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls implementation
- Coordinate intercompany transactions eliminations and reconciliations across subsidiaries
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and KPI tracking for senior management
- Ensure tax compliance and statutory filing accuracy across group entities
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit engagements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualification like ACCA/CA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting or similar role within multinational companies
- Deep expertise in IFRS, Malaysian FRS, and statutory reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience managing intercompany accounting and consolidation processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in financial reporting
