Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage group-level accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidation, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple entities
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance team capabilities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting or similar senior role
- Proven expertise in property development or construction sector accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
