Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting
- Coordinate external audit processes and documentation
- Oversee group accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/MICPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years in group accounting role
- Strong knowledge of FRS/MFRS and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
