Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting operations across multiple entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards (MFRS) and relevant corporate governance regulations.
- Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
