Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate group consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for group entities
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of required documentation
- Develop and implement financial process automation to enhance reporting efficiency
- Analyze intercompany transactions and eliminate entries for consolidation accuracy
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts for group stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead special projects to improve financial controls and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting and consolidation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of IFRS consolidation principles and accounting standards
- Experience with financial close processes and intercompany reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience implementing process automation in finance operations
