Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sets of accounts for various entities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Perform consolidation activities and prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Handle management accounting tasks, including budget preparation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary schedules and documentation during audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualified professional.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Group Accounting, Consolidation, or Management Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
