Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee group-level financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and consolidation processes
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead a team of accounting professionals through mentorship, performance management, and process optimization
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies for healthcare finance requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and financial reporting workflows
- Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and healthcare regulations
- Strong background in process improvement and financial systems implementation
- Experience leading multi-site accounting operations and team management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
