- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with affinity groups, corporations, and community organizations
- Design and implement customized group insurance programs aligned with partner needs
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and prescribed procedures
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
- Conduct market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and growth areas
- Represent MCIS Life at industry events and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, affinity marketing, or insurance sales
- Proven track record in developing and managing B2B relationships
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
