Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., SFRS/IFRS).
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and successful audit completion.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns for the group entities.
- Perform comprehensive month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.
- Review intercompany transactions and ensure proper elimination in the consolidated accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to group consolidation.
- In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards (SFRS) and corporate tax regulations.
- Prior experience in handling external audits and tax compliance for multiple entities.
- Highly proficient in ERP accounting software and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
