As part of the Group Finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end consolidation process, managing complex financial data across multiple business units. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards and internal group reporting policies.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance reporting for senior executive review.
- Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data submissions.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to consolidation workflows and reporting systems.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters, particularly regarding intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA member).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or group consolidation.
- Deep understanding of consolidation systems and ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Strong command of MFRS/IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements.
- Proven background in handling complex financial structures, ideally within a conglomerate or public listed company.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
