Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with Elite Beauty Asia’s overall business objectives and regional expansion plans.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, complying with local statutory requirements and international accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS).
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and optimize working capital across the group, including regional entities.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and systems, with a strong focus on leveraging advanced ERP capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board of Directors on mergers & acquisitions, investment opportunities, and risk management.
- Act as a key liaison with external auditors, bankers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, Group Financial Controller).
- Proven expertise in managing regional financial operations, ideally within Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of diverse regulatory environments.
- Demonstrable proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong grasp of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance principles.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Experience in the beauty, retail, consumer goods (FMCG), or e-commerce industries is a significant advantage.
