Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage end-to-end project cash flow and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure project profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain strong financial internal controls and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-support to the management team to enhance business performance.
- Optimize group financial workflows and implement best practices for reporting and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) or a Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within a group structure.
- Strong technical expertise in project accounting and cash flow management.
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting processes and internal control frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and a commitment to professional integrity.
