Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee full-spectrum financial operations across multiple international entities.
- Ensure stringent financial governance, internal controls, and adherence to local and international accounting standards (IFRS/MFRS).
- Drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage group-level consolidation, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis for executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Optimize cash flow management and treasury operations across diverse regional offices.
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the Board and senior management to support business growth and investment decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA member).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a regional or group management capacity.
- Proven track record in managing cross-border financial operations and multi-currency consolidation.
- Deep understanding of taxation, regulatory requirements, and financial compliance frameworks in Southeast Asia and beyond.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced financial modeling skills in Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills to influence decision-making at the group level.
