Precision Control Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Group Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and driving strategic initiatives that support our business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with MFRS standards.
- Oversee the group's treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, banking relations, and liquidity planning.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and conduct variance analysis to drive cost efficiencies and profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, conducting regular performance reviews and professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic planning, business development initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Perform internal audits and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA (UK/US), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in a managerial finance role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and corporate taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
