- Oversee group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across all entities
- Lead M&A integration processes, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition restructuring
- Drive IPO readiness initiatives including financial restructuring, internal controls, and investor reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support global market expansion initiatives
- Manage cross-functional finance teams and stakeholders across international operations
- Ensure adherence to IFRS/MFRS and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and C-suite executives
- Optimize financial systems and processes to support scalable growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
- Minimum 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven experience in IPO readiness projects and M&A integration
- Expertise in international financial reporting standards and statutory compliance
- Strong background in managing multi-location finance operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multinational companies with expansion into new markets
